Return & Refund Policy

As we deal in perishable items we don’t do any refund / exchange. However we do make exceptions in case the following circumstances:

  • Don’t receive the delivery of product within 96 Hrs of placing the order
  • Receive the wrong product
  • Received a tampered or damaged product

We reserve the right

  • To request product identification
  • To determine the product has been damaged, abused or used

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product otherwise we will be unable to assist you and address concerns as these are perishable products. 

The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same instrument that was used to transact on Cococart. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure. 

We are extremely diligent and do not sell expired products. In the event that you get an expired product, we will give you 10x of the product value back as a gift voucher. 

Products which are not expired or damaged will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance. 

If a product has expiry date written in MM/YY format, the expiry would be at the end of that month. This is the international standard for expiry dates. For example, a product having expiry date of 01/21, would expire on 31st of January, 2021.
