Products are dispatched from our warehouse in specially packed containers with necessary cooling materials to ensure melt-free delivery.

While we are committed to keep delivery times to the bare minimum, due to our ever expanding network of stores and warehouses, it might take up to 7 days to receive your order depending on where the products is lying. This is because inventory sometimes needs to be moved around and dispatched from other regions, and it needs to be perfectly packed to ensure quality standards are maintained. Incase an order is urgent, you can contact customer care and we will do our best to shorten delivery times.

For Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & Bangalore: In case of non-availability at your residence, our customer care will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end. For all other cities : Our courier service provider will contact you and leave the order at your doorstep in case there is nobody to attend to the same, since the product is perishable and there is no possibility of rescheduling and storing the same at the courier partner's end. In this case we would not be liable for melting complaints.

To change your order, you would have to cancel it prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. You can send us an e-mail on hello@cococart.com with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation; or else reach out to us on our customer helpline number. Our customer service agent will assist you through the process of cancelling your order. After this, you may place a fresh order. However, after products have been dispatched, changing, cancelling or refunding will not be possible.

Yes, you can place multiple orders. However, order packing and deliveries will be as per each order placed.

The system has been built to only allow sale of items that are in stock. An order cannot be placed for ‘Out of Stock’ products. However, in the rare scenario that an order is placed for something that is out of stock, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

Products once delivered, cannot be returned / exchanged /replaced as we deal in perishable items. We would however definitely replace products or provide a refund if they are damaged in transit or If there is any visible defect in the product quality. In such cases the same needs to be flagged to us within 24 hours of delivery.

There is no minimum order value.

We ship pan-india and offer free delivery on pre-paid orders above ₹2000. As we are investing heavily on the right delivery solutions to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition ; For orders less than ₹2000, we levy a delivery charge of ₹99 for pre-paid orders. For all Cash On Delivery orders, we levy a a FLAT rate of ₹125.

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on CocoCart.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer. Needless to say, all electronic payment information is kept strictly confidential.

If the payment has been successfully received by us, you will receive an order confirmation communication. If you are a registered user, you can simply login to your account and view payment status on your order — in the ‘My Orders’ section.

Sorry, we will not be able to compensate for any delays in order delivery. You would be free to contact us on hello@cococart.com and cancel the order if it is not delivered post 72 hours of placing the order.

To cancel your order, it would have to be cancelled prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. One of our customer service executives will assist you through the process of cancelling your order. We will initiate the refund thereafter. This cannot be done once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

No, we do not have any additional charges for cancellation. The amount charged against your product purchased will fully be reimbursed.

The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same credit or debit card that was used to transact with. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.

The imported chocolates that we sell are temperature sensitive, and therefore need to be stored in a cool, dry and dark space away from sunlight with temperature ranging 18-22 degrees C. We strongly advise against storing the chocolates in a refrigerator, as below 15 degrees, chocolate begins to harden and loses flavor. It often develops a white-ish layer on the exterior (a phenoema called sugar bloom). Chocolate also absorbs odors from the environment so there is a risk it will end up smelling and tasting like the food stored next to it in the refrigerator. However if you must store a chocolate in the refrigerator, we advise you leave it outside at room temperature (20~25) for at-least 4 hours before consuming. We ensure that your product will reach you in perfect condition. However, if you were to leave it outside in the heat, the product will become non-consumable. So we urge you to take the same level of care as we do while delivering these chocolates to you from countries in the furthest corners of the world! :)
