We aim to deliver the products in excellent condition with our logistics partner. Products are dispatched from our warehouse and specially packaged to ensure melt-free delivery.
The Gift Bag will be packed separately along with your order. You would have to pack the ordered products in the bag yourself. This is so that the gift bag and product do not get damaged or creased during delivery as it gets delivered in a cold storage box with a plastic covering. Color would be either brown or gold. We do not deliver the package gift-wrapped at our end.
Orders placed Monday-Sunday before 8pm would be delivered the next day. If an order is placed post 8pm, we endeavor to deliver it within 48 hours. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, disruptions in delivery could occur and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune & Hyderabad we take upto 72 hours to deliver.

No, we do not have any additional charges for cancellation. The amount charged against your product purchased will fully be reimbursed.
The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same credit or debit card that was used to transact with. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.
The imported chocolates that we sell are temperature sensitive, and therefore need to be stored in a cool, dry and dark space away from sunlight with temperature ranging 18-22 degrees C. We strongly advise against storing the chocolates in a refrigerator, as below 15 degrees, chocolate begins to harden and loses flavor. It often develops a white-ish layer on the exterior (a phenoema called sugar bloom). Chocolate also absorbs odors from the environment so there is a risk it will end up smelling and tasting like the food stored next to it in the refrigerator. However if you must store a chocolate in the refrigerator, we advise you leave it outside at room temperature (20~25) for at-least 4 hours before consuming. We ensure that your product will reach you in perfect condition. However, if you were to leave it outside in the heat, the product will become non-consumable. So we urge you to take the same level of care as we do while delivering these chocolates to you from countries in the furtherest corners of the world! :)
