The preparation of this unique recipe is a closely guarded secret! The traditional and famous “African” hot chocolate is composed of three carefully selected varieties of African cocoa from different lands, that confers its exceptional taste and distinctive character upon Angelina’s hot chocolate : sweetness and smoothness.
For a cup, heat 150 ml of milk in a saucepan. At the boil, remove from heat, add 75 g of chocolate and stir until complete melting of the chocolate. For a creamier chocolate, put the pan on low heat and stir gently for a few minutes.
