It is thanks to a collaboration of more than 30 years with the cocoa producers of the Millot plantation that we have highlighted the power and the uniqueness of Madagascan cocoa with Manjari. Valrhona introduced this fine Madagascan cocoa in 1990 and Manjari became one of our greatest classics. Its name means to "good" in Madagascar.
The intensity of candied orange peel paired with the fleshy and tangy red berry notes of Manjari dark chocolate. A perfect balance of flavors.
